Michael Imperioli

About Michael Imperioli
Michael Imperioli plays Christopher Moltisanti in The Sopranos. Christopher wants recognition, opportunity and a clear place in a world that is not especially interested in reassuring him. Imperioli makes that hunger funny and uncomfortable in equal measure. His exchanges with Tony Sirico's Paulie are among the show's great comic partnerships.
Imperioli also wrote episodes of The Sopranos. His other television roles include Dominic Di Grasso in The White Lotus, Joel in Mad Dogs and Rick Rath in Californication. He appeared in Goodfellas before joining the series that made Christopher such a distinctive character. The performance never loses the insecurity beneath the swagger.
