Dominic Chianese

About Dominic Chianese
Dominic Chianese plays Corrado "Junior" Soprano in The Sopranos. Junior's pride is easily bruised, his memory for a slight is excellent and his patience with other people's competence is limited. Chianese makes all of that very funny while preserving the authority Junior expects the room to acknowledge.
Chianese played Johnny Ola in The Godfather Part II. His other television roles include Leander Whitlock in Boardwalk Empire and Judge Michael Marx in The Good Wife. In The Sopranos, the precision of his delivery is a pleasure: a complaint can sound ridiculous and entirely sincere at once. The character adds something that nobody else in the ensemble could supply.
