An Italian film and television director acclaimed for gritty crime dramas. Sollima was the showrunner and lead director for Gomorrah's early seasons, setting its raw, realistic tone. Son of famed director Sergio Sollima, he previously helmed Romanzo Criminale – La serie and later directed Hollywood projects like Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018) and Without Remorse (2021).
