An Italian writer and journalist best known for his groundbreaking book Gomorrah (2006), which fearlessly exposed the Naples Camorra mafia. His investigative work forced him to live under police protection for years, yet he remains an outspoken public figure. Saviano also co-created the Gomorrah series and penned ZeroZeroZero, continuing to shine light on organized crime through literature and screen.
