Pierce Brosnan

About Pierce Brosnan
Pierce Brosnan plays Conrad Harrigan in MobLand. The role takes his familiar assurance into a criminal family whose authority does not make its members easy to manage.
Brosnan became internationally known through Remington Steele and played James Bond in four films, beginning with GoldenEye. His other film work includes The Thomas Crown Affair, The Matador and Mamma Mia! On television, he plays Eli McCullough in The Son, another patriarch whose decisions shape a family's prospects.
Conrad is a more openly volatile presence than the polished figures Brosnan is often associated with. The contrast is part of the casting's interest, even where MobLand's heightened dialogue and accent choices make the performance less convincing for me than Hardy's quieter work.
