Jeff Hephner

Jeff Hephner is an American actor whose credits include Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Boss, and Interstellar. His recurring role as Soviet space programme official Sergei Nikulov has anchored much of the Roscosmos storyline in For All Mankind.
