American actor (of Haitian descent) known for his role as Marlo Stanfield, the chillingly cold drug kingpin introduced in later seasons. Hector's understated menace made Marlo unforgettable. He went on to co-star in Amazon's Bosch and other series, proving adept at intense, complex characters.
