Dean Winters

An American actor known for playing the cunning Ryan O'Reily on Oz, a scheming survivor of Emerald City. Winters later gained fame for his comedic turn as "Mayhem" in Allstate commercials and as Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock. He also portrayed Johnny Gavin on Rescue Me and had early roles on Law & Order: SVU, showcasing a knack for both drama and dark humor.
