Vicky Krieps

Luxembourgish actress who broke through internationally opposite Daniel Day-Lewis in Paul Thomas Anderson's Phantom Thread (2017). She anchors the first season of Das Boot as Simone Strasser, the German translator drawn into the French Resistance in occupied La Rochelle. Other notable work includes Corsage (2022), for which she won Best Performance at Cannes Un Certain Regard.
