Nicola Coughlan

Nicola Coughlan is an Irish actress born in Galway on 9 January 1987. She first broke through as the neurotic, top-of-class Clare Devlin in Derry Girls before global fame arrived as Penelope Featherington in Netflix's Bridgerton. Her comic timing anchors both roles in very different registers.
