English actor born 17 April 1942 in York. A veteran of stage and screen whose film work includes Argus Filch in the Harry Potter series. Best known on television as Walder Frey in Game of Thrones and the First Doctor in Doctor Who. Plays Ray, a care-home resident with dementia, in After Life.
