Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa

Japanese-American actor and martial artist born in Tokyo. Broke through as the Eunuch Chang in The Last Emperor (1987) and became a genre staple as Shang Tsung in the Mortal Kombat films and video games. Played Trade Minister Nobusuke Tagomi in The Man in the High Castle (2015-2019).
