Millicent Martin

English actress and singer who played Daphne Moon's mother Gertrude on Frasier in a recurring guest role. A major figure in British television going back to the BBC satirical revue That Was The Week That Was in the 1960s. Also recurred as Gary's mother on Will & Grace.
