Kevin McNally

English actor born in Bristol, best known for playing Joshamee Gibbs across the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. A longtime stage and screen presence in the UK, he played Judge Richard Woodhull in AMCs Turn: Washingtons Spies from 2014 to 2017.
