Chris Langham

English actor and comedy writer. Co-wrote Not the Nine O'Clock News in the early 1980s and later starred as minister Hugh Abbott in the first two series of The Thick of It, winning a BAFTA for Help alongside Paul Whitehouse. Left the show after a 2007 conviction in a widely reported legal case.
