Choi Hang-yong

South Korean writer and director. Made the 2014 short The Sea of Tranquility, which he later expanded into the Netflix series The Silent Sea (2021). Single-project auteur at the time of the series, with a careful, slow-burn visual style influenced by classic American science fiction.
