Bosch: Legacy

Bosch: Legacy continues Harry Bosch's story outside the LAPD, with his work as a private investigator bringing him into a different relationship with lawyer Honey Chandler. His daughter Maddie is beginning her own police career, so the family still has plenty of contact with the badge he no longer carries.

Titus Welliver keeps the same watchful, stubborn presence that made Bosch worth following. The change of job creates practical differences rather than a new personality: access, authority and whose interests he represents are no longer quite the same.

Mimi Rogers and Madison Lintz help the continuation feel like more than a vehicle for Harry. The legal work and Maddie's experience offer angles the original detective-centred format could not explore in the same way.

Start with the parent series if you are new to these characters. For existing viewers, this is a proper continuation of relationships built over time, not a reboot that asks everyone to forget what came before. The patient investigative rhythm remains its strongest recommendation.
